Looking for a Free Stay & Play Ticket?
By dedicating a total of 20 hours to volunteering before, during, or after the festival, you'll qualify for a free General Admission Camping Ticket for you and your party of up to 4 people. You and your camping party are able to divide the 20 hours among yourselves.
Free Extended Camping Opportunities
Volunteers interested in contributing to the festival's setup or teardown in the days preceding and following the event will enjoy complimentary camping at the campground on non-festival days from April 1-12, 2024. Embrace this unique chance to unwind and discover the natural beauty of the campground and its picturesque surroundings during your off-duty hours from volunteering.

Festival Teardown: Help ensure a smooth and efficient festival wrap-up.
Volunteer Coordination: Play a vital role in organizing and overseeing our dedicated team of volunteers.
Crowd Control: Help keep our festival safe and enjoyable for all attendees.
Guest Assistance: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our festival-goers.
Activity Facilitation: Share your expertise by leading activities like yoga, meditation, arts, crafts, and more.
Live Music Performance Support: Be part of the team that ensures our live music performances run smoothly.
Special Event Management: Contribute your knowledge and skills in special event management, festivals, markets, and more.
Medical: If you hold a medical license, such as MD, RN, EMT, etc., your expertise is invaluable in ensuring the health and well-being of our attendees.
Get involved
To join our volunteer team, please plan to arrive no later than noon on April 3, 2024, for volunteer orientation. Volunteers who can arrive by April 1 to assist with setup and those who can stay until April 12 to help with teardown will receive priority consideration.
